We will need the following from you for the class:
1. Quiet room with a classroom type setup for students
2. Electric connection to hook up projector
3. Good WiFi connection. Without WiFi, connection exams cannot be completed.

Please help us make onsite training successful by providing a proper setup of the quiet room without any distractions. Instructors may decline training in noisy and interruptive environments.

What you need to bring for the class and exam

Please bring a valid photo id such as a driver's license with you. Students without a valid photo ID will not be able to take the certification exam.
You do not need to bring a laptop or tablet for the exam. We will provide you with one.

Cancellations and rescheduling

All training and exams are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Onsite training can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours prior to notice. There are no rescheduling fees for up to 90 days. Please reply to this email with your rescheduling request. Reschedule requests made after 90 days are subject to a rescheduling fee of $250.

ServSafe has implemented new security measures for account registrations on ServSafe.com, which are causing many candidates not able to complete their account registrations and unable to take exams after the training.
To avoid delays and frustration we request that each person attending the training must complete the registration process prior to coming to the class/exam.
