Access to your online course

To Access your online course you will have to register an account at ServSafe.com. To register an account follow the instructions below:

Register ServSafe account
After creating an account and logging in on ServSafe.com click on ServSafe Manager > Take online course > scroll down to the section "REDEEM COURSE KEY". Enter the key you received in the separate order confirmation email. When entering the key make sure you type it as is including dashes ("-").
View online course hardware and software requirements.
Course Key Tips:

• If possible, copy and paste the Course Key into the Redeem field
• Include the dashes
• You may have entered the number 0 (zero) instead of the letter O/o
• You may have entered the number 1 (one) instead of the letter L/l

After you finish the online course please come to our Boston or Woburn location as chosen during registration for the in-person proctored online exam.

IMPORTNAT NOTE ABOUT ONLINE COURSE

• All purchases of the ServSafe Manager Online Course are final and non-refundable.
• Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated.
• Rescheduling/Exam location change: Exam location can be changed between Boston (265 Franklin st) or Woburn (800 W. Cummings Park). Exam date can also be changed. Exam should be completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
