Access to your online course

To Access your online course you will have to register an account at ServSafe.com. To register an account follow the instructions below:
Click on the link below to register your account:
Register ServSafe account
After creating an account and logging in on ServSafe.com click on ServSafe Manager > Take online course > scroll down to the section "REDEEM COURSE KEY". Enter the key you received in the separate order confirmation email. When entering the key make sure you type it as is including dashes ("-").
View online course hardware and software requirements.
Course Key Tips:

• If possible, copy and paste the Course Key into the Redeem field
• Include the dashes
• You may have entered the number 0 (zero) instead of the letter O/o
• You may have entered the number 1 (one) instead of the letter L/l

After you finish the online course take the Alcohol primary exam.

To take the online exam go to https://www.servsafe.com/SS/EXAMS/SSA/SSAEXAMLOGIN.ASPX

Enter the Exam Access Key received in the email and click on continue.

Print your Alcohol certificate:

After you pass the online primary alcohol exam you can print your certificate from the following link:

ServSafe.com > Certificates > View print my certificate to print your ServSafe Alcohol Certificate.
